For same-day publishing, we add a dedicated editor for selection and post-production. The photographer keeps covering the event while the first images are prepared and delivered.
Why not use simple automatic delivery? Solutions exist that send images directly from a phone to a delivery platform. We prefer to route them through a dedicated editor on site, who selects, crops, harmonises and delivers according to your team’s priorities. This human control provides greater quality, consistency and responsiveness.
Can event photos be delivered the same day?
Yes, without waiting for the full report.
Interim selections are edited and sent throughout the coverage. The remaining photographs follow according to the turnaround agreed in the quote.
Do we need an additional editor?
We recommend one for reliable live delivery.
A dedicated editor lets the photographer keep shooting and maintains a regular flow of publish-ready photographs.

What does the coverage fee include?

When will we receive the photographs?
The standard turnaround is set in the quote. If your team needs to publish during the event, a dedicated person can handle live post-production and delivery.
How many photographers do we need?
One photographer is enough for a focused programme. We recommend several photographers when highlights happen at the same time or across several spaces.
Are usage rights included?
Use on your own communication channels is included. Paid media campaigns and certain extended brand uses are quoted separately.
